Curried Deviled Eggs


6 large eggs, hard-boiled

1/4 cup light cream or half-and-half

1 teaspoon finely chopped chives

1-2 teaspoons curry powder (depending on how strong you want it)

Salt and pepper to taste


Halve the eggs, remove yolks and mash them with all the other ingredients until smooth. Fill the egg whites with the mixture. Enjoy inside or out, weather and bugs permitting.
