Miso Salad Dressing

Recipe from South River Miso company

1/2 cup vinegar (or lemon juice)

2 tablespoons sweet, white miso

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 teaspoons honey

2-3 tablespoons water

1/4 cup fresh parsley, basil or chives

1 cup sesame or light vegetable oil


In blender or food processor, mix on high speed all ingredients except the oil. Then, with blender on medium, slowly add the oil. More water can be added if a thinner consistency is desired.
